Because of this beautiful dance, I am called to offer series based on my personal practices in ritual and movement. To share with you the decades of digging and tradition passed down from my teachers unto me.
This is where The Hearth lives.

The Hearth
Welcome to the communal bonfire, The Hearth, a votive, a place to develop your personal practices & rituals. Designed to support your growth both in solitude and in community, The Hearth is a place for invocation, ritual, and devotion. It is deep exploration. If you feel called to unearth, embrace rituals guided by primordial energies, and connect with a rich community, The Hearth is waiting for you.
As part of the ritual spiral, you will receive a key to unlock a transformative experience. Each month holds a different ritual and examples are:
- Primordial Energy Series
A blend of invocation, ritual, and movement. During the series, there will be two offerings a week: a recorded invocation which is a discussion about the energies we work with. The second is either livestream or recorded (depending on the specific series) of ritual and movement. - Novena
Go at your own pace for a 9 day devotion that you can make your own.
Recordings can be accessed as many times as you like throughout the month.
Community: Access a welcoming space for shared practice, collaboration, and support.
Together, we will weave ancestral practices into our modern lives. Whether you seek solitude to deepen your personal practice or the warmth of community to grow together, The Hearth provides the perfect setting to honor your journey.

My whole life has been a weaving —
A weaving of ancestral practices with modern life.
A weaving of anchoring into The Source while walking the streets of Trenton.
The familial traditions running through my veins have married with my yoga practice, steeped in the Ashtanga method, to birth what you now see in the offerings I share with you.
Reciprocity of Energy
As a practitioner/ritualist, you have the flexibility to choose the path that supports your growth whether it be to join live streams (when offered) or catch the recordings.
Series can run weekly, daily, etc., depending on the energies being honored. Check banner at the top.
Reciprocity via sliding scale: $90 - $300. This gives you the opportunity to have a robust practice for a price you can manage.

When I first started with Gina it was a mind opening experience. I’ve taken yoga classes at gyms and other studios but working with Gina really brings a beautiful understanding of the practice, your inner self and learning to not take yourself seriously.
Gina is a hands on teacher who really helps you understand the yoga flow and why you’re doing it. I was so inspired by the way she teaches that I took her yoga teacher training to deepen my practice and one day teach a class of my own.

From the very first class, it was clear Gina's yoga classes were more than a workout. Yes, the movement is thoughtful and accessible whether you’re newer to yoga or have been practicing for years, but what makes it different is the depth she brings. Gina weaves spirituality into the practice in a way that feels natural and welcoming. It becomes less about poses and more about presence and the practice of yoga (all limbs).
What stood out most to me is how intentional Gina is. Her cues are incredibly specific, which helped me refine and deepen my practice in ways I didn’t expect. I found myself connecting more fully to my breath and body. Beyond the mat, I walked away with something even more valuable: a deep sense of connection and community. There’s an energy in Gina's classes that makes you connect with the individual and collective magic.
