I took an introductory yoga teacher training with Gina in August of 2024. My goal with the training was to deepen my own yoga practice, and Gina's yoga teacher teaching completely exceeded my expectations. Working with Gina in a YTT was unique from other programs I had researched because beyond learning how to teach asana practice, Gina gave me a solid foundational understanding of the spiritual path of yoga and truly introduced me to this lineage and heritage. In the training, Gina shares her years of wisdom and knowledge through the philosophical modules and reflections that are woven so intentionally throughout. The resources she provides are infinitely valuable and I often return to them in my practice now. This training felt like a spiritual doorway to me, and was an invitation to incorporate the philosophy of yoga into every aspect of my life as well as to truly make my spiritual practice my own.

Gina's YTT is so unique because of the depth and integrity she brings. She teaches you how to hold space AND sequence a class. The spirituality is woven into everything, from philosophy and the 8 limbs to anatomy, cueing, and business practices rooted in yogic ethics. It’s comprehensive and individualized. The flexibility to move at my own pace, paired with the support and intentional 1:1 mentorship. I gained a deeper understanding of the history of yoga, Sanskrit, anatomy, sequencing, and philosophy. Most importantly, it connected me to my practice and to a community of practitioners.

I had wanted to do a yoga teacher training for some time. However the courses didn't seem to fit with me. Then I learned about Gina's YTT Level 1, and everything clicked.  Her knowledge and delivery are so beautifully true to the authentic origins. She will guide you on a journey from the ancient texts, meditations and physical practices, constantly making you feel held and confident on your path.  I would recommend Gina's training programmes in a heartbeat. 

Restorative YTT was the most wonderful addition to my level 1 training with Gina.  It gave me an immersive experience into the teaching of Restorative Yoga.  I felt supported throughout, whilst learning the fundamentals and benefits of each asana.  Gina's methods of teaching are delivered so beautifully.  When complete, you feel confident to deliver a well rounded class.
